I made an appointment for an oil change and asked them to check on the check engine light. They changed the oil, but didn’t check the check engine light. Went back inside and they apologized and took care of it right away. Excellent service.

As a single woman I keep taking my car to Sauders because they've always been honest about what I need for my car or like when I thought I needed tires they actually told me I didn't. They're honest ,kind and professional.

Everything went smoothly for my 2024 chevy trailblazer inspection

No attention to detail caused me mileage, time, frustration, and a return trip to the dealership to make the repair right. Trim panels were not installed properly when replaced after repair of vacuum lines leaving me to wonder what else was not done properly. Planned additional service to my vehicle will be scheduled elsewhere.

I had the best car buying experience in my 67 years at John Sauder Chevy two weeks ago. A fair price, honest dealing, and full transparency. It was refreshing to not see a long list of added fees and unwanted equipment on the sticker. They do a clean deal here. Try them and see for yourself!

I took my car in to have an oil change and get inspected. When I got to the dealership, I realized that the registration for my car was expired. They were able to easily renew my registration so that I could still get my car inspected.

The overall experience was fantastic it was really good I traded in a 2025 Chevy Trax for a 2025 Chevy Equinox The Equinox was a courtesy vehicle so it had a little over 3,000 miles on it the only reason I didn't give it a five stars because the oil percentage was already at 15% and I had on it only had it for 2 days so I had to use my complimentary first oil change immediately but other than that the experience was awesome that they really been over backwards to get me into something that I wanted and it was in my budget
