Experience was very good.

I called and wanted new tires and they put me in almost right away. I was so happy to get it that fast.

I couldn’t have been more pleased. From the time of setting the appointment with Mykalah (spelling?) to the signing of the paperwork with Travis, I was extremely impressed with the courtesy and quick repair of my vehicle.

Service was great! Liked it better when when there was a recommendation of needed repair it was explained to me and not just put on reciept.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. They were not pushy at all, just gave me all the information and then stepped back to make a decision.

Should have shopped more for a better deal. I was dependent on others for transportation. Took too long for paperwork.

The overall experience was fantastic it was really good I traded in a 2025 Chevy Trax for a 2025 Chevy Equinox The Equinox was a courtesy vehicle so it had a little over 3,000 miles on it the only reason I didn't give it a five stars because the oil percentage was already at 15% and I had on it only had it for 2 days so I had to use my complimentary first oil change immediately but other than that the experience was awesome that they really been over backwards to get me into something that I wanted and it was in my budget

Treated very fairly, on the new car price and my trade in. I had purchased my prior car from their Ephrata dealership. I would recommend John Sauder over the other chevrolet dealerships in the area.

Was a bit of challenge but did a great job of finding problem and fixing it. Have always had good experience with Sauders.

I took my car in to have an oil change and get inspected. When I got to the dealership, I realized that the registration for my car was expired. They were able to easily renew my registration so that I could still get my car inspected.

The people there were very nice and helpful. Service was completed in a timely manner. Very clean.

I showed up without an appointment to see if they could change the battery in my car. I expected to leave the car there overnight, but they were able to take it right into the shop and put a new battery in it. I was able to drive my car home the same day. Then they also helped me use my GM points to help pay for it.
