I was pleased with how I got in so fast and they did all the work that needed done. I like going there because they are so nice and friendly and let me know what else needs done. I appreciate them all

I showed up without an appointment to see if they could change the battery in my car. I expected to leave the car there overnight, but they were able to take it right into the shop and put a new battery in it. I was able to drive my car home the same day. Then they also helped me use my GM points to help pay for it.

Short wait time and professional attitude

Over all we had a very good experience. I wish I would have ask for $500 more for our trad - in because it was in excellent condition. And tried to work in a deal on some rubber floor mats. But over all we really like the new car we got. and thought we got a fair deal.

I took my car in to have an oil change and get inspected. When I got to the dealership, I realized that the registration for my car was expired. They were able to easily renew my registration so that I could still get my car inspected.

First of all, Travis Myer, the service advisor, is a most excellent employee. He ALWAYS takes my calls, he is very patient with me as a very particular customer, and he fits my work truck into the schedule as best he can to accommodate the least amount of down time without my work truck. Secondly, Neal Sensenig is an EXCELLENT mechanic. He is the primary mechanic for my work truck. He explains solutions to problems, he answers my questions, and his work is always perfect when I receive my truck back. I ALWAYS request Neal to work on my truck, and I always will.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. They were not pushy at all, just gave me all the information and then stepped back to make a decision.

The overall experience was fantastic it was really good I traded in a 2025 Chevy Trax for a 2025 Chevy Equinox The Equinox was a courtesy vehicle so it had a little over 3,000 miles on it the only reason I didn't give it a five stars because the oil percentage was already at 15% and I had on it only had it for 2 days so I had to use my complimentary first oil change immediately but other than that the experience was awesome that they really been over backwards to get me into something that I wanted and it was in my budget
